Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Egypt Launches “Saving Festival”

 Following the expansion plan of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) – Egypt in the Egyptian market, ADIB Egypt, launched its new campaign entitled “Saving Festival”. This new campaign is part of ADIB Egypt’s ongoing commitment to providing both new and existing customers with a wider range of banking services and solutions to meet the growing need of Egypt’s banking customers.

As part of the campaign, customers will be able to open a Tiered Monthly Saving account or a Daily Investment account, which will offer them a unique set of instant gifts and benefits. The new campaign which is expected to last for a period of three months will provide customers with the option of opening a Tiered Monthly Saving account, or opening a Daily Investment account. The new product which will be available to new and existing customers with a minimum balance of EGP 50,000, will require customers to retain the balance of their account for at least 3 months.

As part of the benefit package to be offered to customers who choose to open this type of account, users will receive instant gifts voucher from “B.Tech” ranging from EGP 500 to EGP 5000; depending on the size of the available account. Additionally, these customers will be able to open an account free of charge, receive a free “Cash Back Card” or an instant discount/free purchasing card, or receive a free checkbook.

Commenting on the launch of the new campaign, Gul Khan – Head of Consumer Banking ADIB Egypt, said “Over the past few years, ADIB Egypt has successfully managed to position itself as a leader, in both the local banking sector in general and the retail banking market in specific. The bank has already introduced a comprehensive development plan covering all its departments, products, solutions, and services as well as building an infrastructure for its branches. By launching new campaigns and products, such as this one, we believe we can meet and even exceed the needs and expectations of our customers. The campaign which will be launched across the bank’s entire Egypt network, aims to encourage customers to join ADIB Egypt’s growing customer base, providing them with an opportunity to open accounts compliant with the Islamic Sharia, and helping ensure these customers have access to provisions for the future.
