ARDIC markets 60% of Zizinia El-Mostkabal in New Cairo

Egypt’s ARDIC for Real Estate Developments has promoted 60 percent of its flagship Zizinia El-Mostkabal Compound in New Cairo, chief executive said on Wednesday.

“We have so far pumped investments exceeding one billion Egyptian pounds ($55.8 million) into the three-phase project that will include 1,800 units,” Ashraf Dowidar further said.

ARDIC had marketed six phases of Zizinia El-Mostkabal in six phases, Dowidar said, adding that the project is being executed on a space of 70 feddans.
