Beta Egypt eyes 300mn pounds contractual sales from two flagships this year

Beta Egypt for Urban Development says it targets contractual sales worth 300 million Egyptian pounds ($17 million) from Beta Greens and Golf Residence flagships in Sixth of October City within 2017.

Alaa Fikry, Beta Egypt’s chairman, told Amwal Al Ghad on Tuesday that the property developer has marketed around 95 percent of Beta Greens, which will be delivered within the first quarter of 2018.

“We have promoted the fourth and final phases of Golf Residence project this year,” Fikry further said.

Golf Residence is established over 22 feddans, the Egyptian official stated, adding that the flagship includes 31 housing buildings.
