Brickzey eyes EGP 700mn sales from phase I of Cairo Capital’s Infinity

Egypt’s Brickzey Property Management says it targets sales worth 700 million Egyptian pounds ($39.1 million) from launching the first phase of Cairo Capital Development’s residential flagship Infinity within 2018.

The first phase will be launched within the next month, Brickzey’s chairman and chief executive Ahmed Selim said Saturday, adding that Infinity is being carried out next to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) in Giza governorate.

“The project is set to include 300 hotel units,” Selim further stated, referring that a global engineering office has been mandated to execute the engineering consultancies.

Moreover, the Egyptian official said Brickzey also seeks to complete marketing Arabiano project in Sixth of October City in favour of Egypt’s Arabia Holding Group before the end of October 2018.

“The project (Arabiano) is being implemented on a space of 20 feddans,” Selim unveiled, clarifying that it will comprise around 750 housing units over 90, with spaces of 90 square metres as well as two commercial malls.

During the first quarter of 2018, Selim elaborated that Brickzey has achieved client’s sales estimated at one billion pounds. These sales will be increased to four billion pounds at the end of this year.
