DHL Express Egypt wins Top Employer certification

DHL Express Egypt has won the ‘Top Employer’ certification. In addition, the centres of DHL Express in UAE and Saudi Arabia earned the honours.  DHL has also won the overall global award as it is one of five companies worldwide to get this recognition, which is awarded to companies that get all three regional awards.

German logistics company has far surpassed other applicants to hunt the award in all six regions defined by Top Employers.

The company employs nearly 77,000 people across the world and operates in 220 countries. Its vision stresses that it wants to be the logistics provider people turn to as their first choice not only for all their shipping needs, but also as an employee or investor.

There are nine criteria which include talent strategy, workforce planning and on-boarding, L&D, performance management, leadership development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, and culture.
