Egypt, Oman to establish a joint investment fund

Egypt agreed with Oman establish a joint investment fund to enhance mutual cooperation between the two countries, said Deputy prime minister of Oman, Fahd bin Mahmoud al- Said.

Deputy Prime minister praised the steps of economic reformation in Egypt, affirming that Oman is keen to develop co-operation with Egypt in these fields.

During the meeting with Prime minister of Oman, President Sisi reviewed the procedures Egypt took to provide an attractive environment for investments, pointing out the national projects implemented by Egypt which offer promising and diversified investment opportunities in many fields, which makes it a huge market for businesses.

Sisi traveled to Muscat on Sunday for the first time since he took office, upon an invitation from Sultan of Oman Qaboos bin Said.
