Egyptian developer PACT mulls adding 40 feddans to White Bay project

Egyptian property developer PACT Group is negotiating to add more 40 feddans to its flagship project White Bay in North Coast, its managing director told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.

The project is spread over 70 feddans in Sidi Heneish, North Coast with total number of 600 units to be built through four phases within seven years, managing director Moaaz Wessam said. PACT has obtained approvals of Matrouh governorate and the Egyptian Military Operations Authority, to carry out Blue Bay project.

The company is set to start delivering units in the first phase in Blue Bay as of summer 2018, Wessam added.

Earlier this month, PACT signed an agreement with worldwide information technology IT leader CISCO and Crystal Lagoons to establish the technological infrastructure of White Bay project and help in providing smart homes solutions.

Established in 2014, PACT is seeking to report contractual sales of 500 million Egyptian pounds by the end of 2016.
