Egyptian property firm Azmeel to showcase 12 new projects on Aug 4

Egypt-based real estate firm, Azmeel Group will showcase Thursday 12 new projects with total investments of 250 million Egyptian pounds ($28 million) during an upcoming property exhibition.

The new projects will presented at Al Ahram AQARI Exhibition, which will take place in Cairo during August 4-7, said Ahmed Ibrahim, head of commercial sector at Azmeel Group.

Ibrahim told reporters on Monday that Azmeel Group was implementing three projects in Lotus area in New Cairo, spanning over 1,000 metres square, with investment cost of 90 million pounds. Three additional projects are also underway in Beit al-Watan project, with investment cost of 60 million pounds, he added.

Six more projects Azmeel is currently carrying out in several areas locating between Al-Andalus and Koronfel districts in New Cairo, on spaces of 700 metres square and with investment cost of 90 million pounds.
