Egypt’s Inertia developing 9 urban, services, commercial flagships

Egypt’s property developer Inertia Holding Group (IHG) is on track to develop nine urban, services, and commercial flagships in various governorates, notably Cairo and Red Sea, its chief executive Ahmed El Adawy said Monday.

The projects are with total investments estimated at 3.3 billion Egyptian pounds ($186.8 million), El Adawy further stated.

Besides the nine underway projects, the company is also developing Jefaira flagship in North Coast, with investments worth more than 20 billion pounds, the Egyptian official noted.

The company is also executing a number of housing, medical, touristic, commercial, and entertainment flagships in the local market, he added.
