Egypt-based Real Mark Company says it has achieved total sales of 200 million Egyptian pounds ($3.3 million) from the first phase of 2020 Compound in Sixth of October City, 38km (23.6 miles) from the centre of Cairo.

Real Mark is an integrated real estate marketing firm and is an affiliate of the country’s Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD).

Naglaa El Saeed, Real Mark’s chairman, said Sunday that the project is being executed over 24.5 feddans in three construction phases in favour of the state-owned El Nasr Housing and Development.

“2020 Compound will be completed within 2020,” El Saeed stated, adding that Real Mark has started promoting the project’s second phase at the end of March 2018.

“This phase (second) is to encompass 232 units, with spaces ranging between 143 square metres and 320 square metres,” the Egyptian official referred.
