Ezz Dekheila To Distribute Dividends of EGP 40/Share

Egypt’s Al Ezz Dekheila Steel Co.- Alexandria (IRAX.CA) declared cash dividends no. (31) of EGP 40 per share payable on 06/05/2012.

Shareholders as of today closing session of 30/04/2012 are entitled to cash dividends distribution.

Ezz Dekheila’s consolidated financial results for the fiscal year of 2011 showed that the company had posted net profits of EGP 696.907 million, 4.2% higher, compared to EGP 668.674 million during the fiscal year of 2010.

Additionally, the company’s unconsolidated financial results for the same comparable period revealed posting net profits of EGP 877.444 million, compared to EGP 680.655 million.
