Heliopolis Housing Company puts Maryland out to tender

Egypt’s state-run Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HELI) is currently offering the inventors a tender to develop 20 feddans of Maryland, Vice Chairman khaled Marasi said Thursday.

The development of the project would cost between EGP 15million and EGP 20 million. It would include water and sanitation network extension in addition to rehabilitating the piece of land to attract investors during the upcoming phase.

Furthermore, works on developing the project would be completed after awarding the tender to one of the investors.

However, he commented that the dispute with Maryland Casino tenant hasn’t been settled yet.
