Heliopolis Housing to sell 140 feddans in Cairo next year

Egypt’s Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development is looking to sell 140 feddans in New Heliopolis City, north east of Cairo, within 2019, its chairman said on Thursday.

The state-run firm will expand its businesses, through signing new partnership agreements with the private sector within the upcoming period, Hany El Deeb further added.

“We are preparing to launch more land plots for investors in New Cairo within 2019,” El Deeb said.

Also, Heliopolis Company is seeking to start executing a part of a new public-private residential project (PPP) in New Heliopolis City on a space of 1,000 feddans, he said.
