“Killing the Protestors” Case adjourns till May 7

Giza Criminal Court postponed the case of killing protesters in Kerdasa and Embaba till 7 May session; for hearing the defendants’ defense and the claimants.

A decision issued by the counselors Essam Khashaba, Mohamed Nagy Shehata and Gamal Mustafa Mohamed.

The court has allowed to shoot the forensic medicine reports of the martyrs and injured; preparing for the defense.

In today’s session, the court heard the defense in which Tarek Abou Al Nasr, the head of prosecution, called for imposing heavy sentence on 13 police officers and a sergeant who accused with killing 6 people and attempted murdering 18 people during peaceful protests took places on January 28 &29th, in 2011.
