No intention to sell TE shares in Vodafone Egypt: minister

Egypt’s Communications Minister Yasser el Qady has dismissed any intention to sell any share of Telecom Egypt in Vodafone Egypt, according to a Sunday statement.

El- Qady further added that not even a part of the 45-percent share would be sold. Any news about selling TE shares is baseless, he stressed.

To the contrary, TE is seeking to expand its investments inside and outside Egypt to offer integrated communications services. Source: MENA
