Ofok land reclamation to finish “Rios” by mid 2015 with EGP one billion

Ofok lands reclamation Co. plans to finish Rios Project in the Investment Area in Giza Governorate by mid 2015, on a 500 thousand m2 area, with EGP one billion investments.

Waleed El-Kafrawy, Chairman of the Company, said that the Project is a housing compound which consists of 1100 units, whose areas range from 120 to 250 m2.

The Company offers payment facilities a result of the recession real estate sector has been witnessing, since last year as the payment period can be up to 7 years with 10% deposit.
