Palm Hills to build 150bn pounds housing flagship in West Cairo

Egypt’s second largest property developer firm Palm Hills announced Wednesday it has signed an agreement with the county’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to establish a new residential project in Western Cairo.

The project will be executed with investments worth 150 billion Egyptian pounds ($8.5 billion) and on a space of 12.6 million square metres.

Palm Hills further added that it will be responsible for the financing, developing, and selling the project, while NUCA is set to provide the land plot.
