Property developer Al Ismaelia develops La Viennoise building in downtown Cairo

Egyptian Al Ismaelia for Real Estate Investment Company has developed La Viennoise building in downtown Cairo, said chairman Karim Shafei on Sunday.

The building was rented in favour of Egypt’s provider of finance solutions Sarwa Capital to be its administrative headquarters in downtown, Shafei stated, adding that La Viennoise is owned by Al Ismaelia.

The Egyptian official referred that his company hopes that many firms and administrative institutions will rent a number of mega headquarters in downtown Cairo.

Founded in 2008, Al Ismaelia is a real estate developer firm that focuses on acquiring and renovating prime properties in downtown Cairo with the aim of revitalising the historic neighborhood and celebrating its unique, organic, and urban framework.
