Property developer Beta Egypt launches Beta Greens New Cairo flagship

Property developer firm Beta Egypt for Urban Development says it has launched its fully-fledged commercial project Beta Greens in Mostakbal City in New Cairo, with initial investments of 6 billion Egyptian pounds ($340.5 million).

Beta Greens will be carried out over 84.7 feddans in six phases within a five- year timeframe and will include 3,000 housing units varying between apartments and duplexes, said the company’s chairman Alaa Fikry on Wednesday.

“The project is set to be executed soon,” Fikry further stated, adding that the first phase will encompass 500 units and will be delivered by 2020.

“The project’s built-up area reaches around 18.5 percent,” the official said, referring that his company targets contractual sales worth 2 billion pounds from Beta Greens within 2018.
