Property developer Life Park to deliver Life Park El Shorouk next year

Egypt’s Life Park for Real Estate Investment Company says it plans to start delivering Life Park project in El Shorouk City in 2018, with investments totalling one billion Egyptian pounds ($56.7 million).

Alaa Abou Hussein, Life Park Co.’s general manager, told Amwal Al Ghad on Tuesday that the fully-fledged residential compound will be established over 42 feddans, to include 1,120 various housing units.

“We started carrying out the flagship last year,” Abou Hussein further stated, adding that the company has promoted about 90 percent.
