South Africa’s July credit demand growth slows to 5.41%

Growth in private-sector credit demand in South Africa slowed to 5.41 percent in July from 5.68 percent a month earlier, a central bank data showed on Thursday.

Expansion in the broadly defined M3 measure of money supply quickened to 6 percent in July from 5.77 percent the prior month.
