Egypt’s Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny has reviewed mechanisms for offering land and investment opportunities in the country’s new cities, including fourth-generation urban centres, in a meeting with senior officials, the Cabinet said.
He said the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has introduced a range of tools to expand investment, aiming to maximise the use of available land.
The meeting discussed procedures for allocating service and residential land plots, investment offerings in foreign currency, and measures to ease applications and resolve pending cases, the statement said.
