13 industrial developers submit offers for 8 million sqm in Egypt
Egypt’s General Authority for Industrial Development announced that it has received technical and financial offers from 13 industrial development companies, an insightful source told Amwal Al Ghad.
The companies are competing to get 8 million metres square in both 10th Ramadan and Sadat cities that have been opened for registration on 21st November.
The General Industrial Authority is set to deliver the lands within two months after the thorough studying of the technical and financial offers presented by the companies.
In addition, the most prominent companies that would participate in the bid include CPC, the industrial arm of Saudi Binladin Group, Polaris International Industrial Parks, Industrial Development Group – IDG and ElSewedy Electric
