Egypt is utilising 1,323 land plots at the first district in Beit Al Watan New Cairo, a project that allows Egyptian expatriates to own lands in their homeland, New Cairo Development Authority’s head Mostafa Fahmi said Saturday.
The country seeks to complete the utilities works of 1,738 land plots at the second district in New Cairo at the end of June 2018, Fahmi further added.
“We (the state) are currently carrying out the utilities works of 2,149 land plots in the third district and 2,005 land plots in the fourth district,” the Egyptian official stated, referring that the works will be finalised at the end of next March.
