Around 21 Egyptian firms working in agriculture sector are set to take part in Sial Paris 2016 from 16-20 October 2016.
Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad, Executive Director of state’s Agricultural Export Council (AEC), Hany Hussein stated that Egypt’s pavilion in Sial Paris would be established on the area of 252 metres. The participants are working in fields of botanic and aromatic plants, legumes, and cereals.
The official noted that the number of Egyptian participants in Sial Paris 2016 increased opposed to the number of participants in Sial Paris 2014. i.e. 17 firms with a 228m-pavilion.
Sial Paris takes place every two years to be world’s benchmark for players in the food, retail and hospitality sectors, bringing key producers and buyers together with a focus on the world’s major challenges.
Sial Paris 2016 would be held with the participation of 7,000 exhibitors from 105 countries, representing 21 product sectors and expected to receive 155,000 visitors.
