Egypt is to take part in the third Water Electricity Power Expo – WEPEX 2016 with 25 firms, Engineering Export Council (EEC) announced in a statement released Monday.
Wepex 2016 will take place on 2- 4 February 2016 in Kenyatta International Convention Centre, Nairobi , Kenya.
Over 100 exhibitors from over 6 countries will participate in WEPEX 2016, showcasing their latest technologies and equipment and raising their corporate profiles and building awareness about products and services while sharing ideas and best practices with the world’s leading players in the Water, Electricity and Power industries.
The council asserted that the Egyptian Commercial Services office in Nairobi has invited massive number of buyers to attend WEPEX in addition to organising mutual meetings between Egyptian and Kenyan investors.
In its statement, EEC stated that Kenya is one of the prominent markets that opens a lot of exporting opportunities in different fields besides being a gate for a number of other African markets notably East and Middle Africa.
Participating in WEPEX 2016 will allow Egypt to enter African markets strongly, the council pointed out.
WEPEX represents an excellent business platform; focusing on the entire spectrum of water, electricity, and power technologies. It also brings together all industry professionals and experts, along with the latest technologies and solution providers with investors, government decision makers and business partners and consumers from both the public and the private sector.
