2.6 mln Tons On 45 Ships Pass Through Suez Canal

Egypt’s Suez Canal Authority (SCA) announced that 45 ships at weight of 2.645 million tons from the north and south directions passed through the canal.

In a daily statement issues by SCA, it stated that the number of ships coming from the north direction is 23 one at weight of 1.492 million tons, while the number of the ships coming from the south direction is 22 ships at weight of 1.152 million tons.

The statement added that the biggest ship coming from the north direction is MSC VALERIA, affiliated to Panama, which is coming from Italy heading to Saudi Arabia. And the biggest ship coming from the south direction is MSC AUROR, an affiliate to Panama, which is coming from Malaysia and heading to Britain.
