The Egyptian Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade, Hatem Saleh, in an unstated meeting today in the headquarters of the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), discussed the Egyptian-Turkish economic relations of expanding the commercial exchange between the two countries and boosting the capitals for the direct investment.
Sources told Amwal Al Ghad that the meeting concluded to support the airlines between Egypt and Turkey, in order to facilitate the commercial cooperation and receive the Turkish tourists to Egypt, through constructing a direct airline between Istanbul and Sharm Al Sheikh in the coming period.
The Turkish ambassador revealed that almost half a million Turkish tourist visited Egypt in 2012; referring that this number may increase in Q4, 2012.
