Abu Qir Fertilizers Co. – AFC (ABUK.CA) reported Wednesday a net profit of EGP 606.675 million during H1, representing a growth of 0.68%, compared to a net profit of EGP 602.570 million during the same period a year earlier.
AFC’s revenues hiked 11.71% to EGP 1.747 billion, compared to EGP 1.564 billion a year earlier.
Gross profit – after excluding the cost of revenues – rose 14.54% to EGP 945.169 million, compared to EGP 825.177 million.
Basic earnings per share increased 0.53% to EGP 5.67, compared to EGP 5.64 a year earlier.
Moreover, the working capital inched 38.31% higher to EGP 1.284 billion, compared to EGP 928.705 million a year earlier.
Equity rights went up by 2.03% to EGP 2.447 billion, compared to EGP 2.399 billion.
