African Central Banks Association executes 95% of decisions – Amer
The Association of African Central Banks (AACB) has implemented more than 95 percent of decisions and recommendations taken during its meeting in Sharm El Sheikh in 2018, AACB President and Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) Tarek Amer said.
Addressing the AACB meeting of the Assembly of Governors held in Kigali, Amer noted that the past period witnessed high-level performance, especially at the technological level and implementation of initiatives launched by the CBE.
Amer is expected to hand over AACB presidency to the governor of the National Bank of Rwanda.
