Ahmed Shafiq, Mubarak’s Sons To Face Charges on Oct.14th

Judge Samir Abou Al Maaty, head of Cairo Appeal Court, fixed October 14th to be the first session of trialing Dr Ahmed Shafiq, former Prime Minister, General Nabil Fareed Shokry, General Mohamed Reda Sakkr, General Mohamed Raouf Helmy, General Mohamed Kamal Fakhr El Islam El Sawy, and both of Mubarak’s sons; Alaa and Gamal.
The trial will be before Circuit 19 of North Cairo Criminal Court, headed by Judge Hamdy Salama. The case concerns the facilities that provided to Alaa and Gamal Mubarak to seize 40.000 meters, in Al Behaira, which is allocated to the pilots association.
Judge Osama Al Saeedy, the investigative judge of the ministry of Justice, has referred the culprits to the criminal court; after charging them of profiteering, seizing the public money and deliberately squandering the public money. The referral order included 10 accusations for Ahmed Shafiq and the other culprits.
