Ahmed Yehia: Mineral Water Prices Fall 40%

Ahmed Yehia, Head of Food Division, Cairo Chamber of Commerce, stated that the prices of mineral water in the market decreased by 40%, after the high prices due to the lack of supply.
Yehia said the stability of prices of mineral water is because of the law demand and also the end of Summer season; consequently the demand declined in the coastal places, where half of the production of the mineral water was being consumed.  
As per the food goods, the head of the division said the prices of the rest commodities witness stability; expecting slight increase in the prices of cheese’s kinds and diary, with the start of new semester, besides increasing the demand on these products.
