Ajwa’s Al Jaber Fined EGP1 mln for Manipulating Insider Data

Egypt’s third circuit at the economic court of misdemeanors has imposed a fine of EGP 1 million on Saudi businessman Mohamed Al Eissa Al Jaber, former chairman of Ajwa for Food Industries Co., in a lawsuit filed against him by the company’s shareholders on charges of manipulating insider data during the period from October 4-25, 2009.
