Egypt’s Alexandria New Medical Centre (AMES.CA) reported a 22.9% growth in its first half net profit of EGP 5.9 million. During first half of 2013, the company registered a net profit of EGP 4.8 million.
Meanwhile, the company had previously announced that the second phase of its subscription to remaining secondary shares was covered 39 times.
The company is seeking to increase issued and paid-in capital by EGP 24.200 million to EGP 48.4 million from EGP 24.2 million.
