Ali Hussein: Drivers’ Strike Increases Pressure On The Underground

Eng. Ali Hussein, Head of the Egyptian Company for Metro Management and Operation, denied what has been spread about halting the trains of the first line on the reason of power outage in Helwan station.

In exclusive statements, he referred that the trains were little late; owing to the pressure on the stations, and the increasingly number of passengers, whereas the public transportation’s drivers are protesting in Helwan.

He mentioned that the problem will be gradually solved, after the rush hour; denying the power cut.
