Egypt-based Real Estate company Amaer will utilise the Elite Real Estate exhibition (EREEX) 2016 in order to promote its Nasr City 2 projects, according to the company’s sales manager Magdy Soliman.
Amaer Real Estate will further utilise real estate conferences and forums throughout the upcoming period in order to promote its projects, Soliman noted.
Soliman added that the project is established on an area of five acres, which is equivalent to 21,000 sqm, with 1,600 residential units for middle-income housing and higher.
The company acquired the land in 2012 through a tender launched by the Cairo governorate.
The project includes residential units with spaces of 88 sqm, 115 sqm, and 132 sqm, in addition 250 commercial units.
The company owns several other projects, most prominently the Magawish tourist village in Hurghada on an area of 60,000 sqm. The company has completed all construction works in Magawish and postponed the marketing of its project until the country’s economic status stabilises.
Magawish includes 113 hotel rooms and studios (furnished housing), with spaces ranging between 45 and 120 sqm. Prices start at $1000 per sqm, in addition to services, swimming pools, supermarkets, restaurants, and eight shops.
Amaer Real Estate company was established in 2007, specialising in real estate development and middle-income and luxury housing, as well as management of real estate and contracting projects.
