Amer Group unveils developments on New Minya land allocation

The New Minya City Authority approved a change to the land allocation request submitted by Amer Group Holding Co’s 60 percent-owned subsidiary Amer Tourism Development.

Amer Tourism Development obtained an approval to change the area of the requested land allocation in New Minya to 45 feddans from 110, according to a bourse disclosure.

During the first half (H1) of 2020, Amer Group Holding reported net profits of 27.608 million pounds, up from 25.42 million  pounds in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
