Amwal Al Ghad names Madinet Masr winner of 2025 Sustainability Award

Madinet Masr, one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, has been named winner of the Sustainability Award at the 2025 Amwal Al Ghad Awards, in recognition of its contributions to advancing sustainable urban development.

The award, presented during a ceremony on Monday at Cairo’s Four Seasons Nile Plaza, celebrates companies and institutions that demonstrate leadership in environmental responsibility, resource efficiency, and community-focused development.

Madinet Masr was honoured for its initiatives integrating renewable energy solutions, water conservation systems, and green building practices across its major housing and mixed-use projects. The company was also praised for its efforts to promote inclusive urban communities and align with Egypt’s Vision 2030 sustainable development goals.

“The award reflects our long-term commitment to creating livable, resilient cities that serve both people and the environment,” said a Madinet Masr spokesperson.

The Amwal Al Ghad Awards, established in 2015, recognise excellence in business leadership, innovation, and social impact, and have become a key platform for highlighting transformative achievements in Egypt’s private sector.
