Egypt’s leading construction firm, Arab Contractors (AC) will start within the first quarter of current year the implementation of the first integrated housing city in Rwanda. With investment cost of US$100 million, the Egyptian company plans to complete and handover the project within three years.
From his part, Mohsen Salah – Arab Contractors’ Chairman – said his company had signed the contracts with the Rwandan government, aiming to carry out this major project in the maximum of three years.
The project encompasses the establishment of 500 residential buildings in alongside a number of services centres, Salah noted. The Egyptian company will undertake the key utilities works for the city.
