Egypt’s state-run leading company Arab Contractors’ volume of businesses in the African markets registered $1.5 billion during the current year, an official from the Egyptian firm said Wednesday.
According to Ibrahim Mabrouk, Head of Africa sector at Arab Contractors, AC’s plans collect all dues from several African firms referring to the economic crisis that negatively affected its existing projects.
Mabrouk added that his company is competing vigorously with the Chinese and Turkish firms to capture as many developing projects in the African markets.
