Arab Developers Holding increases its issued cap to 772.3 mln EGP

The Arab Developers Holding General Assembly agreed on increasing its issued cap by 70.2 million to reach 772.3 million Egyptian pounds.

The company’s cap will be distributed on 1.287 billion shares with a value of 60 piasters per share.

The company said that the increase will be implemented by giving away a free share for each ten original shares funded by stage profits and the year’s profits.

The company’s profits increased during the first quarter of the current year to reach 15.18 million pounds.
