Arab Shareholders Mull Listing UBC In NILEX

Arab shareholders of United Brokerage Corporation (UBC) study offering the company’s shares in NILEX within the coming period. This plan aims at promoting the Arab investments in the Egyptian market.

Alaa Abdel Haleem, UBC Managing Director, said the Arab investors, from Bahrain and Kuwait, own 60% of the company stake.

“The idea of listing UBC in NILEX was important despite the economic and political stability that the Egyptian market began to witness nowadays.” Abdel Haleem told Amwal Al Ghad

Worth mentioning, UBC’s issued and paid-up capital amounts to EGP 10 million. Besides its main headquarters in Giza, the company has 5 other branches in Damanhour, Tanta, Mansoura and Damietta.
