Aramco OKs supplies to Egypt’s refineries for further six months
Saudi Arabia’s state-owned Aramco has approved to supply Egypt’s refineries with crude oil for further six months starting from next July, said Egyptian Petroleum Minister Tarek El-Molla on Tuesday.
The world’s largest oil producer will provide the Egyptian refineries with around 500,000 barrels to 1 million barrels of crude oil per month, Reuters reported, citing El Molla as saying.
In November and December 2017, Aramco trialed providing crude oil to Egypt, while the official six-month supply started in January.
