Arqaam Egypt advising on 3 acquisition deals expected in Q1-2020
Arqaam Egypt, part of UAE investment bank Arqaam Capital, is advising on three acquisition deals expected to complete in the first quarter of 2020, managing director said on Monday.
The acquisitions are valued at $50-100 million each and are in the services sectors, Radi El Helw told Amwal Al Ghad.
In 2012, Arqaam Capital, a Dubai-based regional investment bank, acquired Egyptian brokerage firm El Rashad Securities, tapping into growth prospects in the North African country.
