Eng. Mohammad Faris, CEO of Raya Smart Buildings has decided to resign by early next April and Chief Executive Officer – Raya Smart Buildings at Raya Holding Company, Ayman Al Halabi will take over the position by the next month.
Faris rejected to unveil the reason of his resign, stressing that he will start his own business after leaving his position in Smart Village.
Raya Holding Co for Technology and Telecommunication S.A.E. (RAYA) finalized renting its buildings in New Cairo with EGP14 million annually.
Faris said 2700 meter has been rented for AstraZeneca plc a British-Swedish multinational pharmaceutical and biologics company, adding that Germany’s biggest pharmaceuticals company, Bayer, rented 2200 meter for the company’s administrative building in the financial district in New Cairo.
Faris added that the total Raya’s investments up EGP70 million, and the company allocated EGP700 million for the investment in Smart Village portfolio ,establishing 3 buildings ,one of them in the Smart Village and the other in New Cairo, in addition to the Sixth of October city.
