Bank Audi – Egypt has launched “NOVO” service for the first time in the Egyptian market as a way of contacting with its clients, Hatem Sadek – Chairman- announced Sunday.
Sadek – also the managing director- stated that NOVO service offers highest banking services and provides customers with the most innovative banking service that fits their changing and growing needs.
The official made these remarks during a press conference held by the bank on Sunday.
“NOVO” provides the customer with the bank’s services and products through an interactive banking facility via a multi-touch experience, and a user-friendly interface.
This is in addition to NOVO “Advisory Room”, which is the first of its kind in the Egyptian market; it allows the customer to benefit from the assistance of personal advisor through video conferencing with the same security level.
NOVO allows customers to send a message or talk live to one of Bank Audi SAE customer service representatives, the chairman said.
He added that the customer can now apply for personal loan and credit card, in addition to debit card issuance and transferring between personal accounts using NOVO.
The new service allows the customer to learn all about Bank Audi SAE banking services and products as well as the possibility of instantly browsing through loans, cards, banking accounts and banking insurance through “GIG”.
Chairman Sadek noted that Bank Audi aims at launching products that suite the latest modern technologies to cope with youths’ trends who represent 60 percent of Egypt’s population.
