Banque du Caire launches central security unit

Banque du Caire launched a central security control unit to monitor operations at its branches, said an emailed statement on Wednesday.

The new unit is equipped with the latest technologies for security, communications, and artificial intelligence (AI).

The opening ceremony of the new unit was inaugurated with the presence of Tarek Fayed, CEO of Banque du Caire.

Fayed said that the unit is part of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) framework for security policies.
