Mohamed Barakat, chairman of Banque Misr, honored seven of the Bank’s employees who won the highest ranks in the second research competition for youth bankers organized by Egyptian Banking Institute.
Barakat awarded the winners in a move to encourage them make more achievements.
BM’s employees discussed many topics including Egyptian banks’ social responsibility and role in managing short-term economic crises.
Such a move came as part of BM’s efforts in improving human resources as it has set 398, 000-hour training programs (626 courses) for about 14 thousand trainers till the end of June 2011.
