Banque Misr: pre-income tax profit hits EGP 59.3 bln in 9 months

Banque Misr announced on Sunday that its pre-income tax profit had hiked to 59.305 billion Egyptian pounds by the end of September 2023, compared to 27.781 billion pounds in the same period of 2022.

The net profit also increased to 39.240 billion pounds in the first nine months of 2023, compared to 17.701 billion pounds during the same period of 2022, the bank’s business results added.

The return’s net income recorded 77.794 billion pounds at the end of September 2023, up from 35.392 billion pounds in the corresponding period in 2022, according to the business results.
