Batelco Cuts Business Broadband Rates 40%

Batelco, Bahrain’s leading broadband services provider, slashed by 40 percent the rates on its Business Broadband packages.

Batelco’s current Business Broadband customers will benefit from the discounted rates which are being implemented automatically, it said in a statement Saturday. The new tariff reductions apply to all Business Broadband packages and are subject to one year contracts. Additionally Batelco’s Fixed IP service will now be offered at 50 percent discount, which is only BD10, representing great value for money.

Batelco’s Internet service is provisioned over a cutting edge NGN (Next Generation Network) connected to the public Internet network through highly diversified international links connecting Batelco to the outside world through different locations. Such infrastructure provides diversity for international routes and hence ensures Internet continuity for customers.
